We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing primary care team in sunny Florida. If you’re a provider who believes in holistic, relationship-based medicine, and you want to work somewhere that values both quality of care and quality of life, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Whether you’re an experienced NP or a recent graduate eager to grow with mentorship and support, you’ll thrive here. We’re not just treating symptoms—we’re building a healthier, more connected community, one patient at a time.

Job Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions
  • Emphasize preventive care, wellness coaching, and patient education
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators
  • Perform routine physicals, well visits, health screenings, and follow-up care
  • Utilize a user-friendly, integrated EMR system to document and coordinate care
  • Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement programs

Requirements:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • National certification (FNP preferred) and current or pending Florida NP license
  • A passion for whole-person, culturally sensitive care
  • Experience in a primary care or family medicine setting (new grads encouraged to apply!)
  • Comfort working independently with physician support available as needed
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build long-term relationships with patients

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with productivity and quality performance bonuses
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • Robust retirement plan with employer match
  • Generous PTO plus paid holidays and CME days
  • Annual CME allowance and full reimbursement for licensure/certification
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Relocation assistance + signing bonus (where applicable)
  • Minimal call responsibilities and flexible scheduling options
