Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits

We’re currently seeking a mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our award-winning primary care team in sunny Florida. As a Nurse Practitioner in our patient-first environment, you’ll serve as a trusted partner in care, providing full-spectrum primary care while supporting patients in achieving their health goals.

Job Duties:

  • Conducting patient assessments, wellness visits, and follow-ups for chronic and acute conditions
  • Diagnosing and treating illnesses using evidence-based practices
  • Coordinating care with physicians, specialists, behavioral health professionals, and social services
  • Providing patient education and preventive care planning
  • Performing routine procedures (as appropriate to your training)
  • Leveraging data from our modern EMR to enhance outcomes and continuity of care
  • Contributing to population health efforts and value-based care strategies

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in Florida (or eligible) as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • +
  • Nationally certified (AANP or ANCC)
  • Passionate about patient education, equity, and preventative care
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a team-based care model
  • Experienced in outpatient family medicine (preferred, but new grads welcome!)
  • Ready to build lasting relationships with patients and community members
