Hiring Experienced Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner for Regis’ Medical Clinic in College Park, MD!
We are seeking for an experienced and dedicated Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner to join our growing staff. You will provide direct patient care, perform physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage treatment, and coordinate care. You will also provide patient education and counseling Expertise in team communication and leadership, staff mentoring, program support and physician collaboration.
Work Schedule
- Full time position
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m.
- Participationon weekend events may be
- Averagework/week of 40
Responsibilities:
As a Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Conductcomprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community.
- Diagnoseand manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
- Collaboratewith community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs.
- Provideculturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare
- Coordinatereferrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care for
- Maintaindetailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory
- Participatein community outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
- Stayupdated with community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant
The Cardiology Office Practitioner will ensure that:

Requirements:
- Currentcertification as a Nurse
- Activestate nursing
- Master'sdegree in Nursing from an accredited
- Minimumof 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Salary and Benefits:
