Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours until 8:00 p.m.
  • Weekend event participation may be required.
  • Average workweek of approximately 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cardiology Office Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to develop and implement health education initiatives.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and healthcare accessibility by providing culturally sensitive care.
  • Coordinate referrals and ensure seamless follow-up care for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in community outreach events and health fairs to promote awareness and provide health screenings.
  • Stay informed about community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.
