Work Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional extensions until 8:00 p.m.
• Potential weekend event involvement.
• Average weekly commitment of around 40 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive health evaluations for individuals and families.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive health measures.
• Collaborate with community entities to promote health education initiatives.
• Provide culturally sensitive care, ensuring patient rights and accessibility.
• Coordinate patient referrals and ensure continuous care.
