Full-time Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology)

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner in our cardiology office, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions in an outpatient setting. You will work closely with cardiologists to deliver expert diagnostic and therapeutic services, ensuring optimal patient care and outcomes.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and physical assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Manage chronic cardiovascular diseases and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients on cardiovascular health, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active NP licensure in New York.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a cardiology or related clinical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on cardiovascular care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
