Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) Needed
You will have the opportunity to provide holistic care to individuals and families, addressing their unique healthcare needs and advocating for equitable access to quality services. By collaborating with organizations and implementing health education initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals and improving patient health outcomes. Your schedule will range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m.

Salary range:
- $150,000-$160,000 per year (based on experience) + Benefits
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families..
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
- Develop and implement health education programs.
- Provide culturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
- Stay updated with health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active state nursing license.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocacy.
