Full-time Health Nurse Practitioner Needed

As Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to provide holistic care to individuals, addressing their unique healthcare needs and advocating for equitable access to quality services. You will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals and improving health outcomes. Your schedule will range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m.

Salary range:
$120,000-$140,000 per year with benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare services.
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in community outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
  • Stay updated with community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocating for vulnerable communities.
