Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology Wanted!

Job Specification:

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing environment. Under the guidance of licensed physicians, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include evaluating lab results, conducting physical exams, and performing therapeutic procedures.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year, plus full benefits

Your Role Will Involve:

  • General Medical Care: Deliver comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients, addressing both acute and chronic health concerns.
  • Evaluations: Perform detailed evaluations including history taking and physical exams to establish and document accurate diagnoses.
  • Medical Planning: Develop and execute individualized care plans tailored to patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Procedures: Carry out diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with your training and expertise.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient care, including billing and medical records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s or Doctor’s degree as Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in geriatrics, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in performing medical procedures.
  • Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
