Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) Needed

Looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support our Cardiology department and provide clinician expertise while rounding with Cardiac procedural patients. Salary range:
  • $150,000-$160,000 per year (based on experience) + Benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in community outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
  • Stay updated with community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.
Requirements:
  • Nurse Practitioner credential required.
  • Current State Nursing Licensure.
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience within a Cardiology environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
