Full-time Health Nurse Practitioner Needed
Seeking to recruit a Nurse Practitioner for an employment opportunity to join our team in Cardiology. This role offers the flexibility to work in an outpatient setting. During the initial 3-month training period, the schedule will consist of 5 days of 8-hour shifts, transitioning to 4 days of 10-hour shifts thereafter. Collaborate closely with Cardiologists, providing follow-up care, occasional hospital rounding, and assisting with in-basket tasks for physicians.

Salary:
  • $150,000-$160,000 per year based on experience and with benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations.
  • Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic procedures in accordance with relevant health concerns of the patient.
  • Prescribes appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
  • Maintain records and write orders and progress notes in patient charts as to status, treatments, and procedures.
  • Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records.
  • Provide follow-up health maintenance care to patients in accordance with protocols established with the supervising physician.
  • Communicate with physicians, patients, and the family members of patients concerning patient care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
