Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiology conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide expert advice on preventative care and heart health management.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and integrate new practices into patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on cardiology or a Family Nurse Practitioner program that includes cardiology coursework.
  • Cardiology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) credential offered by the Cardiology Nursing Certification Board (CNBC).
  • Prior experience in cardiology, primary care, or a related field as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
