We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology to join our team.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the successful management and care coordination of their assigned patient population. Practitioners are prepared and supported with the resources necessary to meet the needs of their patients. Successful candidates will be energetic, efficient, have great communication skills and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year plus full benefits

Your Role Includes:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications We Need:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong background in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiac diseases.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • They must be able to work independently and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness
