Full-Time Nurse Practitioner for Dermatology Center in Delaware

We are a fast-pace and growing private dermatology group located in Delaware. We are expanding and are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to help grow our practice.

Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, and developing a treatment plan within their scope of practice for patients as directed by supervising physician.

Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the field of Dermatology but physician will train. This position is a Full Time with room for growth. The practice is offering a generous compensation structure.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Salary: $140k to $160k a year plus with full benefits.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Manage patient care, including referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys.
• Stay up to date with the latest medical research and best practices.

How to Qualify:

• NP licensed and 1+ years' experience and ability to function as a provider.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Current California DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• BC Dermatology
• Managed background a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• EMR Proficient
