Schedule:
M-F (8 am-5 pm)
no on-call,
paid holiday
PAY:
$125,000 - $140,000 (annual)

Qualifications:
Valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification and unrestricted licensure in the state
Board Certified in family practice, emergency medicine, or another recognized specialty|
Must have at least 3 years of primary care experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to healthcare
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment
Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards and commitment to delivering compassionate care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Responsibilities:
Position Summary: As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly
- You will work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and specialists to diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, promote disease prevention, and educate patients and their families about maintaining optimal health
- You will also play a part in the mental & behavioral aspects of healthcare as this group's mission is to offer a comprehensive scope of practice
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs and promote wellness
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on evidence-based practice guidelines
- Provide expert guidance and education to patients and their families on managing chronic conditions and adopting healthy lifestyle choicesCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care coordination and continuity
