Family Nurse Practitioner (Part-time or Full-time) at Century Medical Family Center in Jonesboro, AR

Century Medical Family Center is seeking a part-time or full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with CEBT's members at its near-site health and wellness center.
This is a part-time or full-time position. No on-call or weekends. We offer excellent salary and full benefits for positions regularly scheduled 24 hours+ per week including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, HSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

Weekly Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments and evaluations
  • Perform onsite health risk assessments, identifying potential health issues and devising appropriate intervention plans.
  • Provide patient education on wellness, preventive measures, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Support and guide individuals in making positive lifestyle changes
  • Assist patients in managing chronic conditions, offering treatment plans and ongoing monitoring for optimal disease management.
  • Oversee and coordinate care provided by the medical staff within the Marathon Health Center
  • Foster a collaborative relationship with the center's staff
  • Participate in promoting health outcomes and patient engagement rather than focusing solely on patient volume and billing.
  • Engage in wellness events and fairs to actively promote health education and awareness within the community.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a primary care/family practice setting
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience Current and unrestricted state licensure

Salary and other Benefits:
$125,000 - $140,000 (annual)
