Hiring Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for Belares’ Family Care Center in Austin, TX!

We are seeking for an experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing staff. You will provide direct patient care, perform physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage treatment, and coordinate care. You will also provide patient education and counseling Expertise in team communication and leadership, staff mentoring, program support and physician collaboration.

Work Schedule
  • Full time position
  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m.
  • Participation on weekend events may be
  • Average work/week of 40
Responsibilities:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs.
  • Provide culturally sensitive care and advocate for patients' rights and access to healthcare
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care for
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory
  • Participate in community outreach events and health fairs to raise awareness and provide health screenings.
  • Stay updated with community health trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Nurse
  • Active state nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
