Schedule:

  • From 9 to 6, with occasional clinics until 8 – your workday groove!
  • Weekends may sparkle with community outreach or health fairs.
  • Clocking in at around 40 hours, your week is a perfect work-play balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Dive into dynamic health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in the community.
  • Master the art of diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, embracing preventive care and health promotion.
  • Join forces with community organizations, crafting and launching vibrant health education programs.
  • Be the advocate for culturally sensitive care, championing patients' rights and ensuring healthcare access for all.
  • Choreograph seamless referrals and follow-up care for a harmonious healthcare journey.
  • Craft detailed and accurate medical records that dance to the beat of regulatory standards.
  • Shine at community outreach events and health fairs, spreading awareness and offering health screenings.
  • Stay ahead in the health game, keeping tabs on community trends, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active state nursing license.
  • Speak the language of connection – must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing from a prestigious accredited program.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, especially in community health or public health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effortlessly connecting with diverse populations.
  • Champion social justice, health equity, and be the voice for vulnerable communities.
