You will fulfill all job responsibilities with precision, adhering to departmental policies and procedures. Our team culture emphasizes attending staff meetings and completing mandatory in-services, and competency evaluations punctually. You will demonstrate competency in providing patient care, considering specific needs based on age, sex, weight, and other factors. In non-clinical areas, you will master age-specific customer service skills and wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and order diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Active state nursing license
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
