Full-time Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine Needed

You will have the opportunity to provide holistic care to individuals and families in the community, addressing their unique healthcare needs and advocating for equitable access to quality services. By collaborating with community organizations and implementing health education initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals and improving community health outcomes.

Work Schedule:

• Your schedule will range from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m.
• Participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may be required.
• An average workweek totaling approximately 40 hours.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Perform physical examinations, diagnose, and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions
• Conduct routine screenings and preventive health assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies
• Utilize electronic health records for accurate and efficient documentation
• Participate in regular team meetings for a collaborative work environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest healthcare trends

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active state nursing license.
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public health settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Commitment to social justice, health equity, and advocating for vulnerable communities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $120,000-$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
