FULL TIME / PART TIME Nurse Practitioner located in Savannah, Georgia!

To expand our healthcare team, we are looking for a highly qualified and committed Nurse Practitioner. In a range of healthcare settings, you will be in charge of giving patients advanced nursing care and consultation services in this capacity. Assuring the best possible patient care will require close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other medical specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans and order diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare practices and regulations

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active state nursing license
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary and Benefits:
