Nurse Practitioner- Family Medicine Needed in New York!

Job Description:

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-specialty medical practice. The Nurse practitioner will help screen and manage our community patients for prevalent diseases, address their concerns and carry on family medicine provider duties. Our board-certified physicians and specialists are always available for consultation if needed.

Salary: $150,000 to $160,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with cardiologists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, preventive measures, and the importance of medication adherence
  • Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • New York State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in cardiology or related field.
  • Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular medicine.
