We are looking for a compassionate Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes in the community. Our comprehensive Primary and Specialty care services focus on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education for individuals of all ages.
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus full benefits

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus full benefits
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM
- (24 – 40 hours per week)
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Active New York state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum 2 years experience in experience in emergency medicine, clinics, assisted living, urgent care, or senior care settings.
- NYS NP License, NYS Medicaid, and Medicare numbers required.
- Healthfirst credentialing.
- Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
