Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner Position Available
We are seeking a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare and improve community health. In this essential role, you will concentrate on providing comprehensive Primary and Specialty care, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education. Your commitment to compassionate care will make a significant impact on the health and well-being of patients across all age groups.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus full benefits

Schedule:
  • Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Manage chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Active New York state Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant experience.
  • NYS NP License, NYS Medicaid, and Medicare numbers required.
  • Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
