Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner Position Available
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus full benefits

We invite a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team as we strive to deliver high-quality care and improve community health. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive Primary and Specialty care, with an emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, and patient education. Your compassionate approach will ensure exceptional care for patients of all ages, fostering a supportive environment that encourages wellness and healthy living.
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year plus full benefits
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 10 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Active New York state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum 2 years in relevant experience.
- NYS NP License, NYS Medicaid, and Medicare numbers required.
- Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
