Position: Nurse Practitioner

Employment Type: Full-time, in-person

Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide primary and specialty healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Offer counseling and education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and coordinate care.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Certification in a specialty area (Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology. Surgery, Urgent Care, Hematology) preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
