Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – New Jersey

Location: Bloomfield, New Jersey

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Position Overview:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality primary care, managing acute and chronic illnesses, performing health assessments, and providing health education and preventive care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and management
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted New Jersey FNP license
• National certification as an FNP (e.g., ANCC, AANP)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered and culturally competent care
