Location: El Paso, Texas

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Perform thorough physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Order, interpret, and follow-up on diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice
• Provide patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and self-care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
• Active Texas RN and FNP licenses with prescriptive authority
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP)
• Strong clinical skills and excellent interpersonal communication
• Experience in primary care, outpatient, or community health preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, culturally competent care
