Full-time NURSE PRACTITIONER (NPs) needed.

If you want to attain the best possible health outcomes and ensure cost-effective care that complies with Alignment policy and all applicable state and federal regulations, you will evaluate, develop, and coordinate alternatives and services supporting quality care in this capacity.

Schedule: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to set priorities
• Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed, and grammatically correct correspondence
• Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner
• Reports to the Medical Director
• Provides outpatient treatment of mental disorders for students/patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Working knowledge of other health, mental health and social services agencies in the area-preferred
• Ability to utilize Excel, word, and other software programs
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical, and academic personnel
• Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A current Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach
