Full-time NURSE PRACTITIONER (NPs) needed.

The perfect applicant would have strong clinical skills, a sincere commitment to patient care, and flexibility in adapting to the evolving requirements of our community. This include assessing the patient's health, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring the outcomes.

Schedule: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offer education and counseling to patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring all practices comply with privacy and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Engage in continuous education to remain current with medical research and best practices in patient care.
  • Support the facility’s objectives for quality assurance and contribute to the overall mission of providing outstanding healthcare services
  • Perform detailed patient evaluations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care outcomes.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with medical guidelines and state laws.
  • Conduct minor surgical procedures and provide assistance in major surgical operations.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEA License.
  • BCLS and ACLS certification.
  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and the skill to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
  • A commitment to professional development and adherence to the highest standards of ethical practice.
  • Current NYS RN License.
  • NP Board Certification (FNP or PNP).
