Full-time NURSE PRACTITIONER (NPs) needed.
You will be in charge of educating and counseling patients and their caregivers on illness processes and care management as needed. The provider will work closely with other members of the care team and actively participate in all aspects of the patient's clinical care in order to provide seamless treatment across all venues, including outpatient, inpatient, and clinical research settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.
- Assists in development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of care and professional practice in collaboration with members of the health care team and in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory agency requirements.
- Perform and document comprehensive surgical, medical and psychosocial health histories, examinations (document pertinent positive and negative findings), and initiate/maintain a problem/medication list.
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies including but not limited to laboratory and imaging studies, diagnostic impression, and/or form a differential based on the subjective and objective data obtained.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state license (NY)
- Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
- US work authorization
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and schedule
- Be willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
- Be comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $150,000 to $160,000per year, based on caseload.
