Nurse Practitioner | Internal Medicine

Position Overview:

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to adults with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients and fostering their overall health and well-being.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health management.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing in Internal Medicine.
• Active NP license in New York.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Internal Medicine
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and communication skills.
