Responsibilities:
- Conduct well-woman and gynecological visits, diagnose and manage mental health needs, and offer consultations on wellness and healthy living.
- Ensure seamless integration of clinical guidelines encompassing gynecology, wellness, and behavioral health.
- Contribute to establishing referral networks in the state.
- Assist in supervising clinical staff, including care coordinators and support teams.
- Collaborate closely with care coordinators to craft and implement patient care plans.
- Foster collaborative relationships with behavioral health and counseling partners.
- Maintain patient visit capacity at approximately 90%.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- NP/PA Certification and TX licensure are mandatory.
- Prior experience in women's health, including expertise in LARC methods.
- Proficiency in screening, diagnosing, and treating behavioral health conditions.
- Previous involvement in care teams.
- 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
- Expertise in adolescent health.
- Familiarity with electronic clinical systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Salary:
$120,000-$180,000 annually based on experience
