Primary Responsibilities:
As a clinician, you'll take on a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive care:
- Conduct well-woman and gynecological visits, diagnose and manage mental health needs, and provide consultations on wellness and healthy living.
- Ensure fluency and application of clinical guidelines, integrating gynecology, wellness, and behavioral health.
- Contribute to establishing referral networks in State.
- Assist in overseeing clinical staff, including care coordinators and clinical support teams.
- Collaborate closely with care coordinators to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Foster collaborative relationships with behavioral health and counseling partners.
- Conduct patient visits at approximately 90% capacity.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- NP/PA Certification and TX licensure are required.
- Experience in women's health, including LARC methods.
- Proficiency in screening, diagnosing, and treating behavioral health conditions.
- Previous experience working in care teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
- Expertise in adolescent health.
- Familiarity with electronic clinical systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Salary:
$120,000-$180,000 per year based on experience
