Full-time Nurse Practitioner Needed at Rousing Advance Medical Care in Akron, OH

At Rousing, we diligently provide clinical care in collaboration with unit physicians, adhering to approved protocols. Our scope includes managing various medical aspects of patient care, spanning observation, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation, rehabilitation, counseling, and health education. We cater to individuals experiencing illness, injury, health fluctuations, and those seeking health maintenance and illness prevention within our clinical environment.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct well-woman and gynecological visits, diagnose and manage mental health needs, and offer consultations on wellness and healthy living.
  • Ensure seamless integration of clinical guidelines encompassing gynecology, wellness, and behavioral health.
  • Contribute to establishing referral networks in the state.
  • Assist in supervising clinical staff, including care coordinators and support teams.
  • Collaborate closely with care coordinators to craft and implement patient care plans.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with behavioral health and counseling partners.
  • Maintain patient visit capacity at approximately 90%.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • NP/PA Certification and TX licensure are mandatory.
  • Prior experience in women's health, including expertise in LARC methods.
  • Proficiency in screening, diagnosing, and treating behavioral health conditions.
  • Previous involvement in care teams.
  • 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
  • Expertise in adolescent health.
  • Familiarity with electronic clinical systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Salary:
$120,000-$180,000 annually based on experience
