Job description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary and specialty care services to patients across the lifespan. Working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, while also promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients that are relative to the specialty of the practice
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient
