Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner

Salary: $150,000 to $160,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9-5 pm

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Job description: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the direct provision of primary/specialty medical services while maintaining a high quality standard set by the policies and protocols within the license of a NP and of the department. The NP is further responsible for assuring an efficient and effective system in which quality medical care is provided to all patients. The position requires specialized education & experience, and requires independent judgment and decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to establish diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field
  • Certification in a recognized Nurse Practitioner specialty area
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
