Health Nurse Practitioner Needed

Salary: $150,000 to $160,000 yearly

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Your role will involve conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating common illnesses, and promoting overall health and wellness.

Duties:

  • Perform physical examinations and health assessments on patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Administer immunizations and vaccinations
  • Provide counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in New York
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum 2 years Experience working with patients of all ages, including children
