What the Role Offers:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
• Utilize diagnostic testing to make informed clinical decisions.
• Prescribe medications and tailor treatments to each patient’s unique needs.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and health maintenance.
• Keep precise and organized patient records using the Athena EHR system.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in a variety of healthcare settings, such as urgent care or senior care.
• Proficiency in using the Athenahealth EHR system.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
