Role Highlights:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Competitive salary up to $175,000 per year, along with an extensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored care plans.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute health conditions.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families on health management.
• Maintain meticulous patient records through the Athena EHR system.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
