Position Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 per year, with a full benefits package

Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage both acute and chronic health conditions with a focus on quality care.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain detailed and organized patient records using Athena EHR.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
