What We Offer:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
• Salary: Up to $175,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package

In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct detailed assessments and create customized care plans for patients.
• Diagnose and manage various health conditions with a holistic approach.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide top-notch patient care.
• Empower patients and their families through education on health and wellness.
• Keep thorough and organized patient records in Athena EHR.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
