Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + benefits

We are hiring a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver expert medical care in our outpatient setting, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your clinical expertise and dedication will play a key role in improving patient outcomes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, creating individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and oversee appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress, modifying care plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive health practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the broader care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Florida
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on NP studies
  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • DEA license and NPI number
  • Florida Board of Pharmacy license
  • Previous experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care settings preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
