Hiring Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Perry Hall, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Maryland. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications.
- Provide preventive care and patient education on wellness and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.
- Document and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based care protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland (or eligibility for licensure).
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or related specialty.
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority.
- Proficiency in EHR systems.
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or specialty practice.
- Skilled in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong patient education and counseling skills.
