Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Join Our Compassionate, Collaborative Medical Team in California!
Location: San Francisco, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help us continue delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient histories
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff
- Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness strategies
- Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and staff development
- Advocate for patients within the healthcare system and community resources
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant NP track)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical NP experience (new grads with relevant clinical rotations considered)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, integrated care setting
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog)
