Job Title: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner – Hospital Setting (Arizona)
Location: Surprise , Arizona
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and a dedicated healthcare team. You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform assessments, and deliver patient education with a focus on holistic wellness.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories.
- Develop differential diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Arizona state laws.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment options and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff and students.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Arizona.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- National certification as an NP (e.g., AANP, ANCC) in a relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Exceptional interpersonal, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic experience a plus)
