Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate NPs to join our dynamic healthcare team in Pennsylvania. Job Duties:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages (pediatrics optional, depending on site).
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, social workers, and specialists.
  • Champion preventative care and educate patients on chronic disease management.
  • Use modern EMR systems for documentation and care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Rotate into shared call coverage, with manageable workloads and strong support.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain).
  • National certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) from AANP or ANCC.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience preferred, though exceptional new grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
