Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Ithaca , New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct routine physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventative health strategies and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
• National certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience in [Primary Care / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Specialty] preferred, but new grads welcome!
