Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – California Office
Location: Lancaster , California
Setting: In-Office | Clinic-Based
Schedule: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $120k to $150k a year. + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and preventive conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements:
- Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Graduate of an accredited NP program (MSN or DNP)
- Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or related) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty care is a plus
