Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Maryland

Location: Rockville , Maryland

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $120k to $150K a year + benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team in Maryland. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver comprehensive healthcare services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care to patients across the lifespan. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, manage patient health proactively, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Job Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order, interpret, and follow-up on diagnostic tests and labs
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and management
  • Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program
  • Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license and certification
  • National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
